Terms and Conditions for Uffculme In Lights Events:

Ticket Purchases:

• All tickets purchased for the Uffculme In Lights Events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.

Ticket Exchange:

• Event tickets and/or drinks tokens purchased in advance will be exchanged for access, access wristbands, and tokens on the day of the event.
• Drink tokens can only be exchanged at the Beer & Cider Ticket Desk. Please note that drink tokens are not valid at the Magelake Bar.

Proof of Purchase:

• Proof of purchase must be presented at the entry gate in the form of the original confirmation email either on a mobile device or as a printed copy.

Age Restrictions:

• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid identification may be required to verify age.

Event Cancellation:

• In the event that the Uffculme In Lights Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the ‘Uffculme in Lights Committee’, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, tickets and beer tokens purchased in advance will be automatically rolled over and valid for the following year’s event.

Exclusions:

• Food stalls, additional entertainment, and vendor purchases are not included in the ticket price. Any additional purchases made at the event are the responsibility of the attendee.

By purchasing tickets for the Uffculme Music and Real Ale Festival, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who does not comply with these terms or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the event.
