Before you arrive

• Tickets and wristbandsPlease bring your order confirmation with you, either printed or on your phone. We will exchange it for wristbands or tokens on arrival.
• Under 18sUnder 18s must be accompanied by an adult. The festival team may refuse entry or ask people to leave if this condition is not met.
• Right of admissionThe organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in a way that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
• Event changesLine-up, timings, stalls and activities may change if needed. We will do our best to keep the published programme accurate.

Keeping the festival safe

• AlcoholAlcohol will only be served to people aged 18 or over. Please be prepared to show ID if asked.
• DogsDogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
• ParkingParking is available, but vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
• Respect the sitePlease use bins where provided, take care around the pavilion and grounds, and be considerate to local residents.

Camping

Campervan and caravan pitches

Camping must be pre-booked and is for self-contained campervans and caravans only. Tents, gazebos, awnings and additional sleeping structures are not permitted.
